We begin waking up the muscles by directing the blood flow through a series of gentle yoga postures just about anyone can do. Next, we leave the land we dwell on to return to the vast expanse of water. We refresh ourselves either in the ocean if warm and serene conditions allow, or the dependable inviting swimming pool. In the water we use tools such as pool noodles to develop our invigorated muscles by focusing on our core strength.  The class ends with a fun, playful integration of all that our bodies have learned throughout the class and everyone leaves rejuvenated and smiling.
